    • I was never a big fan until trying my future MIL’s version many years ago (which is what mine is loosely based on now) – I think bacon is the key! It’s one of very few dishes I’ve put together purely on instinct, i.e. not following a recipe. Thanks for stopping by! 🙂

    • Hehe…I ‘borrowed’ the term from Donna Hay (she has a recipe for Deconstructed Caesar Salad, from memory). Technically I guess the correct term should be ‘pre-constructed’, because in the end all ingredients were combined together before serving. It must have been okay…no leftovers!
