I Heart Food <3

In response to The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge: “Symmetry.”

A year ago, I was trying to make some arancini balls from some leftover risotto, but they Just. Weren’t. Working. I decided to then flatten them into patties instead.

My frustration soon melted away when one of them turned into this (all by itself):
